The empties #2

I did an empties post a couple of months ago (LINK here), so I thought I would share with you what else I’ve been using up lately. This month it’s a fairly small collection as I’m planning to do a make-up empties soon. Here’s a run through of my empties and I’ll be answering the question – will I be buying it again?!

Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser – If you saw my last empties post, you would have seen the Liz Earle Hot Cloth Cleanser make another appearance. As I said then, and as I say now – this is one of my favourite cleanser and the one revert back to when my skin is being problematic. It’s the only cleanser I have been using over the past few months so I managed to get my way through yet another bottle. Repurchase likelihood – 5/5

Garnier Micellar Water – During my evening skincare routine, I tend to use a face wipe or a micellar water to remove my makeup before going in with a proper cleanser (like the Liz Earle Hot Cloth Cleanser). Lately I have been opting to use the Garnier Micellar Water to remove my makeup, and I do really like it as it does the job. I can’t say I’m 100% loyal to this micellar water just yet as I haven’t actually tried many others out there but I do like the fact its affordable and doesn’t sting my eyes when removing my eye makeup – bonus! Repurchase likelihood – 3.5/5

Yes To Grapefruit Brightening Facial Wipes – I know not everyone is a fan of the face wipe, but for on the go – these are perfect! When I’m travelling/staying overnight somewhere, I really have to streamline my skincare routine, otherwise I would need a separate suitcase just for all the skincare bottles…! I tend to only take face wipes to remove my makeup, a cleanser and moisturizer when I’m just staying away for a day or two, but the one step I really miss is an exfoliator. These wipes however are great because not only do they remove my makeup and act as my first cleanse, they are also slightly textured to help exfoliate the skin too! Repurchase likelihood – 4/5

Original Source Coconut & Shea Butter Shower Gel – When it comes to shower gel, I’m really not fussy. I generally chose my shower gel based on whatever is on offer at the time, and this time it was the Original Source Coconut & Shea Butter Shower Gel. No a lot to say about this, only than it did the job and smelt amazing doing it! If it was on offer again, I would maybe purchase again but it’s not something I can’t live without in my shower. Repurchase likelihood – 2/5

Imperial Leather Foambust Body Wash in Sweet Vanilla & Cherry Blossom – Similar to the Original Source shower gel, the Imperial Leather Foamburst Body Wash was on offer in Superdrug so I picked it up. I was a little excited to see this body wash on offer though because I’ve tried it before and it is really lovely to use. The foamy texture make it really luxurious and a treat in shower, plus the scent it gorgeous! It a little pricey to purchase every time I need a new shower gel, but when it’s on offer I do tend to pick a couple as back up. Repurchase likelihood – 4/5

Nivea Invisible for Black & white Anti-Perspirant – Bit of an odd one to include I know, but I really do love this deodorant. I didn’t realise how much I liked it until I had to use another brand recently because this one was out of stock. I prefer the spray on the Nivea can because I find it almost softer than other, other sprays can feel quite harsh when sprayed on the skin. It is also actually invisible! Other ‘black & white safe’ deodorants still leave some marks but the Nivea says true to its word. Repurchase likelihood – 5/5

Have you used any of the above? What did you think and would you repurchase?
